Procurement Manager (Pay Band 7)

The British Council is hiring a Procurement Manager in Bangladesh for its Global Procurement team, at BDT 208,062 a month.

Role

  • Part of the British Council’s Global Procurement team, reporting to a Senior Procurement Manager
  • Implement the cluster sourcing plan and deliver procurement projects
  • Stakeholder engagement within the cluster and globally
  • Plan and manage the budget for the area of activity

  • Extensive experience managing procurement projects or procurement teams
  • Procurement project delivery and supplier relationship management
  • Competitive bidding, negotiation and pricing models
