Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Branch at Prime Bank located in Jhalokati District. The Head of Branch will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, client relations, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning skills
Strong understanding of banking operations and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial analysis and decision-making skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team efficiently
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Previous experience in a managerial role in the banking industry show less
