Associate Manager, Project Management Office

BRAC Bank is hiring an Associate Manager for its Project Management Office in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery roadmaps
  • Coordinate project initiation, scope and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress; track risks, issues and actions
  • Support migration and implementation activities
  • Prepare dashboards and management reports in line with PMO governance

Requirements

  • Postgraduate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in CSE or engineering
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years, preferably 2 years in project management
  • PMO governance, risk tracking, budgeting and documentation
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
