Warehouse Supervisor

foodpanda is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Dhaka to run daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and a team of warehouse associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing and outbound dispatch
  • Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes and inventory reconciliation
  • Monitor real-time productivity in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Enforce barcode scanning and review mis-pick and discrepancy reports
  • Lead, coach and manage warehouse associates and shift leads
  • Keep the store audit-ready and safe (WSH and PPE compliance)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in Q-commerce / e-commerce, grocery / food retail or FMCG
  • Microsoft Excel: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic reporting
  • Elementary spoken and written English
  • Interpersonal, problem solving and team management skills
