Key Responsibilities

• Develop and govern service quality standards, SOPs and frameworks across all channels
• Find service gaps, run root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Redesign customer journeys to remove friction
• Quality dashboards and management reports
• Quality audits, KPI tracking and customer feedback analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Science, Engineering or related from a reputed university
• Telecom experience in service quality management and customer experience
• SOPs and process frameworks; root cause analysis
• Customer journey mapping and service design
