To accelerate the growth of its Retail Business, AB Bank PLC. is recruiting Sales Officers and seeking smart, confident, self-motivated, hardworking, and tech-savvy individuals with a strong passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell Retail Products.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting in line with Bank guidelines.

Job Requirements

Strong communication abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with persuasive selling ability.
Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
Target-oriented approach with basic sales planning capability.
Basic understanding of banking products and digital channels.
Experience in the relevant field will be prioritized.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary of BDT 24,000–28,000.
Two (2) festival bonuses.
Attractive performance-based monthly incentives.
Eligibility for promotion upon completion of six (6) months, subject to achievement of targets.
