Manager / Senior Manager, Rewards and Recognition

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely and error free monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and costing
• Ensure correct computation, deduction and deposit of employee income tax in compliance with local tax laws
• Calculate annual performance bonuses and communicate them accurately and on time
• Drive Rewards and Recognition projects from inception to implementation with relevant stakeholders
• Review existing processes, design streamlined workflows, automation opportunities and standard operating procedures
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analyses on compensation, benefits and rewards
• Support compensation fitment proposals for lateral hires and internal movements
• Calculate final settlement dues for separating employees and process staff loan applications in line with bank policies

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a UGC-approved university
• 6 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably including at least 2 years in rewards and recognition
• Knowledge of banking fundamentals, products and processes
• Proficient in market research and analytics, MS Office and the use of AI tools to enhance productivity
• Strong analytical thinking with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
