Manager / Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Product & Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for assigned enterprise products and solutions and execute strategies to achieve them
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned last mile connectivity, telecom and ICT products, including vision, roadmap, pricing and commercial model
• Lead and support enterprise solution selling for complex telecom, connectivity and ICT requirements
• Engage directly with C-level and senior decision-makers of enterprise customers
• Develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns and propositions for new and existing products
• Develop partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators and other ecosystem players
• Lead innovation initiatives from idea to business case, MVP, commercialization and scale-up

Required Domain Expertise

• Enterprise telecom business and enterprise connectivity
• Internet and data connectivity, IP / MPLS / SD-WAN
• Managed network services, data centre and cloud services
• Cybersecurity, ICT solutions and managed services
• Enterprise mobility and last-mile connectivity
• Telecom/ICT product management and enterprise solution selling

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, ICT, Engineering or a related discipline from a reputed institution
• Experience in enterprise business selling and solution sales
• Experience in product ownership or product management
• Track record of revenue growth and business development
• Understanding of the Bangladesh telecom, last mile connectivity and ICT market
