Associate, Content & Onboarding

About the Role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Associate, Content & Onboarding to support restaurant onboarding, menu creation, content management, and menu-related projects while maintaining accuracy and operational quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Onboard restaurants and create menus with accurate descriptions, pricing, and dish-level photos in line with SOP guidelines.
• Process and update restaurant menu change requests within the defined SLA.
• Manage menu-related projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Communicate with and guide restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process on the foodpanda platform.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure menu accuracy and strong operational performance.

Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable using AI tools and tech-savvy.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including common formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus.
