Product Management, Information Technology Division

City Bank is hiring for Product Management in its Information Technology Division, a role that bridges business objectives, customer needs and technical capabilities to deliver digital initiatives through proper requirement analysis.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams and inter-team members to inform, align and collect information and requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and technical challenges and communicate the analysis to the responsible teams
  • Engage in digital transformation strategic initiatives, collecting relevant data and aligning with ongoing IT strategies
  • Present and suggest efficient solutions to business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for new and existing banking applications in line with bank policies and guidelines
  • Prepare Product Backlog Item (PBI) documents and other technical documents for new projects

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or another Information Technology related field from a reputed university
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field
  • At least one Enterprise Architecture certificate: TOGAF, Zachman Framework, DoDAF, FEAF or another Enterprise Architecture Framework
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations and experienced in advanced MS Excel
  • Fluent in English and Bangla communication
