Head of Card Sales (SAVP-FVP)

The Premier Bank PLC is hiring a Head of Card Sales (SAVP-FVP) in Dhaka to lead the Card Sales department and systematically meet and exceed annual targets for new card issuance and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Card Sales department to meet and exceed annual targets for new card issuance and customer acquisition
  • Formulate source-wise sales strategies to expand card adoption across branches, sub-branches, the Direct Sales Team, payroll accounts and corporate clients
  • Track daily sales activities, evaluate team productivity and generate MIS reports for senior leadership
  • Maintain sales quality by enforcing anti-fraud measures, preventing mis-selling and adhering to KYC and Bangladesh Bank guidelines
  • Direct the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and motivation of the sales force
  • Collaborate with credit risk, operations and customer service teams to streamline application review and onboarding

Requirements

  • Post Graduation from a reputed university with no Third Division/Class
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Card Sales with a reputed private commercial bank
  • Proven track record in Card Business management, with knowledge of Card Sales, Product Development, Strategic Partnerships, POS/Merchant Acquiring and Collections
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability with data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Age: at most 45 years
