Field Sales Executive

Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Bangladesh to manage assigned customer accounts, achieve sales targets, develop new business and lead a team of presellers and merchandisers in a designated territory.

What CCI Expects

  • Ensure volume and revenue achievement by leading the assigned team of presellers, merchandisers and hot sellers
  • Monitor performance gaps and take timely corrective actions to meet or exceed targets
  • Build strong and sustainable customer relationships and resolve customer concerns proactively
  • Expand the customer base and visit non-partnered outlets to drive conversion with CCI and its distributors
  • Oversee the deployment and management of market assets such as coolers, shelving and signage
  • Execute planned daily calls, spend significant time in the market and coach presellers
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to support team development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in territory management
  • Strong leadership skills including motivation, drive and persistence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong logical and numerical reasoning abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data
  • Proficiency in MS Office
