Manager or Senior Manager, Digitalization & Autonomous Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Drive L4 Autonomous Network transformation by designing and implementing AI-driven use cases that improve customer experience and service quality
• Architect and deploy RAG, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration and conversational AI platforms across RAN, Core, Transport, Operations and Assurance domains
• Identify and scale AI and automation opportunities that reduce incident resolution time and improve network reliability
• Create network intelligence and visibility through Grafana, Power BI and advanced analytics platforms
• Architect scalable, production-grade AI and assurance services using Python, FastAPI, Django, microservices, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and RabbitMQ
• Institutionalize outcome-based engineering KPIs such as automation rate, MTTR, resolution accuracy and network availability

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field
• Proven track record of designing, developing and deploying production-grade AI/LLM solutions, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, agentic AI and conversational AI
• Strong practical experience with EMS/NMS platforms, network KPIs, telemetry, alarms, performance data or network/security monitoring systems
• AI/ML and LLM engineering: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails and AWS Bedrock or equivalent
• Backend engineering: Python, FastAPI, Django, microservices, REST APIs and event-driven architecture
• Data engineering and analytics: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ETL/ELT pipelines, Snowflake or equivalent, and Pandas
