Senior Relationship Manager - Prestige

Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC is expanding its Priority Banking proposition ’Prestige’ in Bangladesh and is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Prestige clients and onboard new affluent and high net worth clients.

Job Profile

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Prestige clients and drive onboarding of New-to-Bank affluent and High Net Worth clients
  • Develop client relationships to retain, enhance wallet share and grow the portfolio through quality service and value adding advisory
  • Achieve set Key Performance Indicator targets on credit cards, New-to-Bank relationships and portfolio book value growth
  • Apply strong expertise in financial planning to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure no KYC breaches and carry out timely Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews
  • Use understanding of market developments in banking and finance to create cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of the bank’s and clients’ information

Applicant’s Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a public or private university
  • Minimum 7 years of relationship management experience with proven track records, including exposure to managing high-net-worth segments in Priority Banking
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products, Priority Banking client needs and relevant regulatory frameworks, KYC, risk, audit and compliance
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and perform consistently in line with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset
