Branch Manager (SEO-VP)

National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC (NCC Bank) is hiring Branch Managers (SEO-VP) to drive business growth by expanding the customer base and achieving branch-level targets for deposits, loans and investments, foreign trade and fee-based income.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by expanding the customer base and achieving branch-level targets for deposits, loans/investments, foreign trade and other commission/fee-based areas
  • Identify, acquire and onboard new corporate clients in line with the bank’s business strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (Retail and SME) through cross-selling, retention strategies and personalized engagement
  • Enhance the branch’s business performance by effectively managing the income statement and balance sheet
  • Monitor portfolio quality and enforce adherence to bank policies, credit standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Allocate business targets among all RMs and supervise, guide and motivate them to achieve sales and service goals
  • Lead the branch in delivering superior customer service while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • MBA/MBM/Masters/four years’ Bachelor degree (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities, with no 3rd class in academic records
  • Minimum 16 years of schooling
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in the role of Branch Manager, and must currently be serving as Branch Manager
  • Professional certification in Islamic Banking or experience in a Shariah-based bank will be given preference
  • Age: at least 30 years
