Head of Central MIS (SAVP-FVP)
The Premier Bank PLC, with a network of 136 branches and 67 sub-branches, is hiring a Head of Central MIS to design, develop and maintain the bank’s Management Information System and deliver accurate, timely reporting to the Board and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) of the bank
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports, including deposit, loan, profitability, branch performance, liquidity and NPL reports
- Prepare dashboards, performance scorecards and analytical reports for the Board, Management Committee and ALCO
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency and security across all MIS and reporting systems
- Lead the development and maintenance of the data warehouse, data marts and reporting platforms with the IT Department
- Support timely and accurate preparation of regulatory and statutory returns
- Lead, mentor and evaluate the MIS team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline from a reputed university
- Professional certifications or training in data analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, PMP, CISA, DAIBB or equivalent are preferred
- At least 12 years of working experience in banking, including a minimum of 5 years in MIS, data analytics, business intelligence, financial or regulatory reporting, or a related function
- Experience in a managerial or team-leading position in a scheduled bank is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with core banking systems, data warehouse, reporting tools and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL
- Age not exceeding 48 years as of 01 October 2026
