Optimizely is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist in Dhaka to be the lead owner of the marketing systems and processes that support its global marketing team, including Marketo and the integrated marketing tech stack.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing budget and technology stack
  • Manage integrated marketing technologies including Zoom, Qualified, 6Sense, LeanData, UserGems, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Cognism and Lusha
  • Monitor tech integrations from Marketo to ensure uptime
  • Own account and contact data within the marketing systems and improve data quality with cross-functional teams
  • Own the lead lifecycle process (MQL rules)
  • Develop, implement and maintain data quality processes, training and reference materials
  • Define and monitor process-level KPIs and SLAs for Marketing Operations

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2+ years in a sales/marketing operational role, or 2+ years as an IT business analyst for Marketing
  • Hands-on experience being an administrator in Marketo
  • Experience building technical documentation and training programs for sales/marketing
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
