Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to support quarterly strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Deliver timely ad-hoc reporting and analysis in response to Sales Leadership requests
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in account executive workflows and help design and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain clear, simplified process documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data within CRM and related systems
  • Assist in producing and distributing sales performance dashboards and recurring reports
  • Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards

Knowledge and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or Program Management within SaaS or a tech-forward company
  • Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
