Training Executive

BAT Bangladesh is hiring a Training Executive for its Savar factory to build technical, operational and leadership capability through skills assessments, the factory training calendar and the IWS Education & Training Pillar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Skills Needs Assessments and maintain role-based skill matrices, qualification records and competency plans
  • Develop, coordinate and monitor the Factory Integrated Training Calendar
  • Facilitate classroom, shopfloor and digital learning programs
  • Manage onboarding, induction, qualification and capability-building programs
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, audits and performance indicators
  • Support deployment and governance of the IWS Education & Training Pillar
  • Maintain training systems, qualification trackers and learning databases, and prepare capability reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Manufacturing Operations, Capability Development, Training Management, Operational Excellence, TPM or IWS environments
  • Experience developing training programs, competency frameworks, skill matrices and qualification systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS and digital learning tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
