Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the bank’s overall Retail Liability Business strategy and growth
  • Develop and execute strategies for CASA, scheme deposits, term deposits and other liability products
  • Drive acquisition of new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones
  • Set business targets and monitor branches, sub-branches, agents and sales channels
  • Lead product, pricing, campaign and sales initiatives
  • Ensure growth while maintaining regulatory and internal policy compliance

Requirements

  • Post Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class
  • Minimum 14 years in Retail Liability Business with a reputed private commercial bank, with significant experience in Retail Banking, Branch Banking and Sales Management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail information systems
  • Age not exceeding 45 years as of 01 October 2026
