Associate Director - Full Stack Development

IQVIA is hiring an Associate Director, Full Stack Development in Dhaka (hybrid) to lead the design, development and delivery of cloud-native enterprise applications and manage multiple engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams and drive engineering best practices, code quality and security
  • Define scalable, secure and resilient technology architectures and lead architecture reviews
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle for applications built with .NET / ASP.NET Core, React.js, Python, REST APIs and microservices
  • Lead cloud-native development on AWS, containerization with Kubernetes and CI/CD automation
  • Evaluate and implement Agentic AI solutions and AI-assisted development methods
  • Manage project plans, resources, budgets, timelines and risks across multiple initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership or management experience
  • Must-have skills: .NET, C#, Microservices, Cloud, Angular/React JS and people management
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale software development programs with globally distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s preferred
