Branch Manager (Senior Executive Officer to Executive Vice President)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the branch portfolio and achieve the business target
• Ensure smooth daily banking operations of the branch in line with management objectives
• Ensure proper compliance in every aspect of branch operations
• Develop and execute the business plan and strategy for branch profitability and growth
• Plan, direct and manage the branch sales team to acquire new business
• Ensure effective controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop branch people towards individual and team targets

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB or MBM will be given preference
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in a reputed bank with a proven track record
• Preferably started the career as MTO or Probationary Officer
• Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations
• Applicants with a break of service need not apply
• Age: maximum 55 years as on the last date of application
