QIMA is hiring an HR Specialist in Dhaka (onsite, six-month contract) to handle hiring for its Consumer Products Division in SEA countries and support local HR administration.

Job Description

  • Handle hiring activities in SEA countries for the Consumer Products Division, as per business requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for up to 80 to 100 hires annually
  • Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process and meet tight deadlines
  • Support local administrative and C&B matters
  • Assist on HR policies and their implementation
  • Prepare employment contracts, arrange newcomers’ orientation and company events, and issue letters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment, with a proven hiring record
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products
