Trainee Assistant Manager, Branch Banking

City Bank PLC is hiring Trainee Assistant Managers for Branch Banking anywhere in Bangladesh. Selected candidates join as Senior Officer with a 6-month learning attachment at a gross salary of BDT 50,000 per month, rising to BDT 65,000 as Assistant Relationship Manager after successful completion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a sustainable retail business portfolio for the Bank
  • Identify the target market and acquire new business including Personal Loan, Home Loan, Current & Savings Account Deposits, Term Deposits, Credit Cards and Debit Cards
  • Maintain quality assets and liabilities through disciplined portfolio management
  • Help clients choose the best financial solution across retail assets and deposit products

Requirements

  • 4 years Graduation from any reputed university
  • Age: at least 22 years
  • Prior job experience is not required; candidates with a good academic background will get preference
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and a drive for results

Compensation & Benefits

  • Joins as Senior Officer with a 6-month learning attachment at a gross salary of BDT 50,000 per month
  • After successful completion, gross salary of BDT 65,000 per month as Assistant Relationship Manager
  • Two festival bonuses, performance bonus, provident fund, gratuity, insurance and medical allowance
