Key Responsibilities

• Build quality upstream: process control, root cause analysis and defect prevention
• Run risk assessments in PPM and line reviews with factories
• Train vendor and factory teams on customer requirements and quality standards
• Follow up Corrective Action Plans and production status (T&A)
• Oversee factories’ internal QC systems, including sharp tool control and needle detection

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in knit, woven (including jackets), denim, sweater or intimates
• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and QMS
• Able to handle the full QA process from fabric to shipment
• Brand experience such as Tommy, CK, Walmart, GAP, Dockers or Nautica preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or tech college diploma; good written English
