Manager - Engineering

Brandix is hiring a Manager - Engineering for its apparel plant in Cumilla to run plant engineering: sewing and non-sewing machinery, engineering services and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machine performance and plant operations
  • Manage engineering strategies, budgets, resource planning and improvement projects
  • Drive machine setting optimisation, SMV improvements, cost reduction and engineering audits
  • Oversee facility maintenance projects
  • Lead and develop the plant engineering team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 6 to 9+ years’ experience in a plant engineering function
  • Minimum 5 years in sewing machine maintenance and facilities management
