E T Consultant - Corporate Governance Advisory (EC1)

IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, is hiring a Corporate Governance Advisory consultant to roll out the SME Accelerator, with Dhaka as one of three duty stations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the roll-out of the SME Accelerator with the local CG team and the global team
  • Support analysis for developing, implementing and monitoring advisory projects
  • Draft project documents, client proposals, integrity due diligence and legal agreements
  • Monitor development results and enter them into IFC systems
  • Work with procurement and finance on contractors, budgets and payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate governance related area
  • Track record with private sector firms or development partners
  • Knowledge of IFC Corporate Governance methodology preferred
  • Strong research, analytical and organisational skills
