Senior Manager, Specialist and Leadership Hiring

BRAC Bank PLC is hiring a Senior Manager, Specialist and Leadership Hiring (AVP / FAVP) for its Human Resources Division, to lead the team that hires for experienced, specialist and senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Specialist Hiring team and allocate requisitions across business portfolios
  • Partner with division heads and HRBPs to determine the recruitment plan for all specialist and experienced roles
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle personally for Senior Manager and above, niche and confidential positions, including Head-level appointments
  • Finalize the selection matrix for each role and approve job advertisements before they are posted
  • Design and introduce competency-based assessment tools with departmental heads
  • Analyze and finalize grade and compensation offers and obtain management approval for selected candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and succession-sensitive positions

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with specialization in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in leading a recruitment team
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh talent market, including salary benchmarks and competitor hiring trends
  • Strong direct sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment dashboards and Excel
  • Professional certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) will be an added advantage
