Manager or Senior Manager, Loyalty Business Growth, Robi Marketing

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the Robi and Cirkle loyalty ecosystem and drive loyalty value, engagement, retention, revenue and redemption
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, value segments and loyalty tiers, with ROI-based business cases
• Own the roadmap for hyper-personalised loyalty engagement, Next-Best-Offer and Next-Best-Action
• Strengthen the loyalty BI and decision intelligence framework and measure incremental revenue and uplift
• Drive loyalty platform capabilities such as real-time eligibility, dynamic segmentation and A/B testing
• Evaluate and expand the partner ecosystem and partner productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or any related discipline from a reputed university
