Technical Project Manager - Projects

Nagad is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead technology, integration and enterprise projects end to end, from planning and governance to vendor and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, governance and closure
  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones and implementation strategies
  • Act as the liaison between Business, Service Planning and Delivery, Development, QA and vendor teams
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, release planning and implementation schedules
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, vendors and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, IT or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years managing technology, integration or enterprise projects in DFS, FinTech, banking or telecom
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, release and change management
  • Knowledge of microservice based distributed systems, APIs and cloud platforms
  • Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI; PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or Scrum certification preferred
