Manager, Procurement Centre of Excellence (General Services Division)

BRAC Bank is hiring a Manager for its Procurement Centre of Excellence to strengthen procurement governance, controls and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help classify requisitions as strategic sourcing or procurement
  • Maintain sourcing schedules, the Procurement Policy, SOPs and templates
  • Review procurement files for compliance and audit readiness
  • Review policy deviations, single-source and emergency procurement
  • Vet approval memoranda and agreements from a governance view
  • Map processes and build procurement playbooks and training

Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably in CSE, IT, EEE, MIS or another technology discipline
  • Minimum 7 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or procurement governance
  • Technology procurement experience is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of procurement policy, evaluation, contracts and internal controls
  • Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder skills
