Senior Services Operations Administrator

Optimizely is hiring a Senior Services Operations Administrator for its IT Systems team in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimise PSA and project management platforms for the CX organisation
  • Keep data flowing between PSA, Salesforce, finance and CX tools
  • Support integration tools such as Workato, Zapier, Boomi or MuleSoft
  • Run utilisation, capacity and services performance reporting
  • Find and fix system, integration and process gaps

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the Professional Services industry, preferably SaaS or technology
  • Knowledge of PS delivery, resource management, utilisation and revenue recognition
  • 2+ years of Salesforce in post-sales or services workflows
  • Experience administering a PSA or project management platform
  • Experience with iPaaS / middleware tools
