Financial Service Channel Development Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for fintech portfolios
• Run sales and distribution for fintech businesses: availability, scalability, cost efficiency, customer experience
• Own P&L budgeting, forecasting and financial governance for financial services
• Set performance frameworks and run business reviews with distributors and partners
• Drive nationwide trade marketing execution, POSM and market activation

Requirements

• Graduation from a reputed university; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong sales and distribution management (telecom and fintech preferred)
• Large-scale channel management, P&L ownership and transformation leadership
• Cross-functional project and digital initiative experience
