Senior Manager, Planning Budgeting & MIS - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and Management Committee on strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard
• Prepare the annual budget of the bank, SBUs and branches, follow-ups and rolling forecasts
• Track macroeconomic, industry and regulatory developments and report their impact
• Produce regular and ad-hoc MIS, dashboards and committee presentations
• Run driver-based revenue, cost and profitability analysis and FTP calculations
• Partner with business managers with branch and segment P&L and KPI reports

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• CA, ACCA or CIMA preferred
• Minimum 10 years in the Finance function, including 5 in a similar area
• Sound technical knowledge of IFRS and IAS
