Training Officer - GLT, Kushtia

BAT Bangladesh is hiring a Training Officer for its Green Leaf Threshing (GLT) operation in Kushtia to run capability building, skill matrices and operator qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate capability-building aligned with GLT priorities and IWS requirements
  • Maintain skill matrices, training records, competency assessments and qualification status
  • Run training needs analysis and close capability gaps
  • Plan annual and monthly training calendars (technical, quality, safety, leadership, IWS)
  • Manage onboarding and induction for employees, contractors and third-party workforce
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and keep training data, dashboards and records accurate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; IPE, Mechanical or Electrical preferred
  • Interest in training, manufacturing capability, IWS/TPM or continuous improvement
  • Planning, facilitation, communication and stakeholder skills
  • Knowledge of TNA, skill matrices, OJT and OPL is an advantage
  • Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI an advantage
  • Bangla and English
  • Willing to work on-site at Kushtia GLT and relocate if required
