Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead apparel MES/APS/WMS solution design and site rollouts from a business process view
• Turn business objectives into requirements and functional specifications
• Run testing, defect resolution, training plans and user training
• Act as IT project coordinator for site builds: charters, schedules, resources and hand-over
• Bridge site stakeholders, the MFG 4.0 team, IT and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with MES / WMS
• WMS/MES integration with Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP S/4HANA
• IT project coordination of multi-site rollouts
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum an advantage
• Fluent English
