Finance Manager (SETU project)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SETU’s day-to-day financial operations under USDA and Winrock rules
• Maintain internal controls and review vouchers, invoices and expense reports
• Support the project budget, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Oversee accounting, banking, payroll, tax and statutory compliance; support audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business administration or related; Master’s an advantage
• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 7 years in financial management or accounting
• USDA, USAID or US Government funded programme finance strongly preferred
• Bangladesh tax, banking, payroll and statutory knowledge
• Fluent English and Bangla
