Trainee Relationship Lead (upay Sales Force PRO)

upay is hiring Trainee Relationship Leads for upay Sales Force PRO, a career acceleration program for future sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly targets across retail, corporate and government sales tracks
  • Onboard retail agents and merchants, deploy upay QR and drive first transactions
  • Monitor distribution houses and agent cash / e-money balances
  • Support government disbursement, education fee, RMG payroll and card sales
  • Run market visits, BTL activations and daily sales reporting

Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline from a UGC-approved university
  • 1 year in distribution sales, MFS, bank, NBFI, card sales or FMCG (fresh graduates also encouraged)
  • Negotiation, target orientation, field mobility and relationship management
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
