Associate Officer - Learning and Documentation

ActionAid Bangladesh is hiring an Associate Officer - Learning and Documentation for its peace and social cohesion project in Cox’s Bazar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the project’s learning and documentation plan
  • Capture learning from community safety, youth and dialogue initiatives
  • Write case studies, learning briefs and practice notes
  • Keep records of meetings, consultations and referrals; collect data with Kobo
  • Keep a digital knowledge repository

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Social Science, Development Studies, Journalism, English or relevant
  • 1 to 2 years in documentation, reporting or research in NGO / humanitarian programmes
  • Experience writing reports, case studies and success stories
  • Qualitative data collection (KII, FGD)
  • Regular travel to camps and host communities
