Programme Analyst, Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), NPPSA-8, PPSA contract

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to programme strategies on DRR/CCA/HA and women’s economic empowerment
• Support implementation of the Migration MPTF joint programme
• Coordinate calls for proposals and partner capacity assessments
• Review partner reports and train partners on results-based management
• Prepare quarterly, annual, GoB and donor reports

Requirements

• Master’s in social sciences, human rights, gender studies, development or related
• At least 1 year in development programme implementation, M&E and donor reporting
• WEE, migration or private sector engagement experience desirable
• Fluent English and Bangla
• PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP an advantage
