Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage relationships with non-performing Corporate & SME borrowers and reduce the Bank’s NPL ratio sustainably. Key Responsibilities

  • Build recovery momentum through frequent meetings and visits with borrowers.
  • Understand borrower context and identify the root causes of default.
  • Formulate recovery action plans for Bank’s dues and drive execution.

  • Maximize cash recovery from non-performing assets (NPAs).
  • Take approvals for regularization, rescheduling, or settlement as per the action plan.

  • Collect data and prepare Classified Loan Review Report (CLRR).
