This entry-level leadership track role is designed to develop future banking leaders through structured training, performance-based progression, and exposure to operational and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-stop banking services as a frontline representative.
  • Support daily operational activities efficiently.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • No third division/class or equivalent CGPA at any stage.
  • Academic results must be officially published.
  • Maximum age: 32 years as of 11 March 2026.

Compensation & Career Growth

  • BDT 36,700 monthly during one-year probation.
  • Confirmation as Assistant Officer with BDT 46,200 monthly salary.
  • Performance-based incentives post-confirmation.
