Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

upay is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead its regional teams, distributors, agents and merchants and drive MFS business growth across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full market service through distribution coverage across the region
  • Replace underperforming distributors and appoint new ones
  • Drive agent acquisition, activation, retention and transaction growth
  • Lead and coach Territory Managers and field teams
  • Expand collection services and educational institution payment services
  • Monitor competitors and report market intelligence to Head Office

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of MFS, distribution, retail sales and market operations
  • Distributor, agent and merchant management skills
