Lead - Strategic Projects & Indirect Procurement

ACI Godrej Agrovet is hiring a Lead - Strategic Projects & Indirect Procurement in Dhaka to run CAPEX projects, manufacturing excellence and indirect sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan projects and budgets with internal customers, consultants and vendors
  • Deliver CAPEX, repairs, maintenance and strategic projects on time, safely and within cost
  • Set procurement strategies for capital machinery, engineering spares, consumables and construction works
  • Select and develop suppliers and contractors; lead negotiations on commercial terms
  • Set up project-based and long-term contracts
  • Drive Manufacturing Excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • BSc in Industrial & Production, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree preferred
  • 10 to 15 years in strategic projects, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or procurement
  • CAPEX management, contract management and indirect procurement experience
  • Manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, feed or food industry experience is an advantage
  • Age 35 to 45 years
