Senior Specialist Quality

Key Responsibilities

• Review samples for fit, construction and workmanship and drive final fit approval
• Keep technical packs accurate and complete
• Manage product testing, inspections and factory audits
• Approve samples, artworks, certificates and quality reports before shipment
• Investigate quality issues and agree corrective and preventive actions
• Lead a small team of specialists and train factories on ALDI’s quality processes

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Technical Design, Textile Engineering or apparel related disciplines
• At least 6 years in garment manufacturing, sourcing or buying offices
• Strong knowledge of EU, UK, Australian and US testing and safety standards and AQL
• Solid understanding of fabric and garment construction and fit approval
