Distribution Channel Senior Manager, NEO PSP Limited

Banglalink’s payment service provider NEO PSP Limited is hiring a Distribution Channel Senior Manager to build and run the Mukto Pay distribution network of agents, distributors and merchant acceptance points, reporting to the Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run the Mukto Pay distribution network: agents, super agents, distributors and merchant acceptance points
  • Own active agents, agent liquidity and float, and agent economics within the agreed margin band
  • Leverage the Banglalink dealer and retail footprint within what the PSP licence and Bangladesh Bank permit
  • Own commission and incentive payout, agent and merchant onboarding, KYC and due diligence
  • Build and lead the field organisation: territory design, coverage plan and field KPIs
  • Work with Risk on agent-level fraud and report distribution performance with Business Intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field; a master’s degree is welcome but not required
  • 8-10 years in distribution, channel or field sales management, including running a distributor or agent network at regional or national scale
  • Telecom distribution, MFS or mobile money agent networks, FMCG distribution or consumer finance field networks
  • Experience with agent liquidity and float management strongly preferred
  • Bangladesh market experience and field credibility outside Dhaka are essential
  • Fluent written and spoken English and strong Bangla
