Executive - Sales Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of sales processes, SOPs and trade policies across regions
• Monitor distributor hygiene: stock norms, claims, invoicing discipline and documentation
• Track and analyse sales performance reports (primary, secondary, SFA/DMS)
• Coordinate claim validation and settlement and validate field force expense bills with Finance
• Ensure accurate scheme communication and implementation in the field
• Liaise with Supply Chain for dispatch planning and prepare business MIS and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, multinational companies or cosmetics and personal care
• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only male candidates (as stated in the circular)
