Executive Assistant (Kushtia)

JTI Bangladesh is hiring an Executive Assistant in Kushtia to provide administrative support to the Bangladesh Leaf Senior Management team, reporting to the Leaf Origin Lead Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage travel bookings for the Leaf Senior Management team
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes where required
  • Handle administrative requests and queries and maintain filing
  • Accommodate executive visitors and monitor overseas and air travel budgets
  • Comply with all safety policies and report hazards and job related injuries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and Bangla
  • Administration, front desk management, general administration, hospitality or personal secretary experience
