Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of five-star service standards and exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise, guide and motivate restaurant associates to achieve operational and service objectives
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, food & beverage costs and operational expenses
• Assist with staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, HACCP, food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum Graduate from a recognized university; a hospitality degree will get preference
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage - Service Department, with 2 to 3 years as Supervisor / Asst. Manager of an F&B outlet in a leading 4 or 5 star hotel
• Overseas experience holders will get preference
• Maximum 35 years of age as of the last date of submitting the application
• Commendable communication proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla
