Senior Maintenance Officer

Job Overview

Reckitt is seeking a Senior Maintenance Officer to ensure the reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of critical engineering assets and utilities across the factory. The role covers HVAC, generators, water treatment, chillers, compressed air systems, lifting equipment, preventive maintenance, asset optimization, energy monitoring, calibration, engineering projects, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Operations & Maintenance

• Implement operations and maintenance programs for engineering assets.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor generators.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance of factory HVAC systems.
• Operate and monitor the water treatment plant.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor industrial chillers.
• Maintain and monitor air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of stability chambers.
• Ensure smooth operation of cargo lifts and scissor lifts.

Engineering Projects & Vendor Management

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, contractors, AMCs, and ARCs.
• Prepare BOQs and coordinate vendor selection, design approval, and installation.
• Manage engineering CAPAs related to Safety, Quality, Legal, and Compliance requirements.
• Manage maintenance SOPs.

Asset & Energy Management

• Regularly monitor energy consumption, including electricity and water.
• Ensure optimal asset management to reduce costs, increase productivity, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure calibration of all measuring equipment.

Safety, Environmental & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Reckitt H&S standards, legal requirements, HIRA requirements, and relevant workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, environmental aspects and impacts, legal requirements, and other relevant workplace environmental requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience specifically in HVAC systems (Utility).
